GRAFICAS BEYCO SL, within its organizational and management model, has established an Ethical Channel with a preventive function that enables the detection of acts or behaviors that may be contrary to general or sector-specific regulations applicable under the Criminal Code, which imposes “the obligation to report possible risks and breaches to the body responsible for monitoring the operation and compliance with the prevention model.”
The Ethical Channel is available to all members of our organization and/or third parties who may bring to the organization’s attention any procedural or organizational weaknesses that could lead to a criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal offense.
GRAFICAS BEYCO SL guarantees confidentiality, anonymity, and the absence of any type of retaliation against the person who reports the facts.
Data will be retained in the system only for the time necessary to investigate the reported facts. In any case, after three months from the submission of personal data, our organization will proceed with its deletion from the system. If data retention is required to continue the investigation, our organization may continue processing the data in a legally compliant environment.
Reports can be submitted through any of the following channels provided by the organization:

2- Communication form for indications or suspicions of criminal conduct, available in physical or digital format upon request at the organization’s offices.
3- Completion of the Web Form in the Ethical Channel section on the entity’s website.
